And I know…restaurant style scallops look so intimidating but they are actually really easy if you get the steps down right- pat em dry, bring them to room temp, season them. Hot pan, let the fat get hot, cook on each side until golden (and don’t touch em’ while they cook). Thanks for reaching out 🙂
