Thanks so much Wendy! And I know…restaurant style scallops look so intimidating but they are actually really easy if you get the steps down right- pat em dry, bring them to room temp, season them. Hot pan, let the fat get hot, cook on each side until golden (and don’t touch em’ while they cook). Thanks for reaching out 🙂

Even though my finished product didn’t look as good as yours, it tasted so good! I like the video’s too, pretty hard to screw it up when I can prop up the tablet and follow along.
